All permits must be purchased online before you start fishing.

Day Permits (8am – 5pm)
Adult 3 fish £25.00
Adult & child 5 fish £34.00
Senior 2 fish £17.00
Under 16’s must be supervised by an adult.
Evening Permits (4pm–dusk)
Adult 3 fish £20.00
Adult & child 5 fish £30.00
Senior 2 fish £17.00
Boat Fishing (day and evening)
Boats are available. Cost £8.00 per boat
Booking Procedure
To book a permit follow these instructions. Try to book well in advance, (24hrs min) as numbers are restricted and to make sure you get a confirmation.
- Contact us at info@fishrosebery.co.uk with your name, contact details (email or mobile), type of permit and date you want to fish.
- We will contact you with a permit number & price
- You can make an online payment to our bank

Or you can go into Fishers in Penicuik, 9 John Street, EH26 8HN and buy your permit over the counter. You should stock up an any bait and tackle as there is none available on site. Fishers are open Tuesday to Saturday 11.00am to 5.00pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.

The rules are designed to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all those at the reservoir. By buying a permit you are agreeing to abide by the rules. Please help us protect the fishery and report any abuse of the rules or facilities by others.
Rosebery fishery accepts no liability for any accident or injury to persons visiting the fishery or for loss or damage to their property. Anglers are liable to pay the replacement cost of any equipment lost or damaged
The management reserve the right to refuse or terminate admission to the fishery at any time. We reserve the right to perform random inspections of tackle and catches. Please do not be offended.
